2. Photographic Exhibition - Kingston Camera Club

If you love photography then head down to Kingston Camera Club's exhibition this weekend (credit: Kingston Camera Club).

About: Kingston Camera Club is again holding its popular annual Photographic Exhibition in central Kingston. Stewarding Club members will be happy to chat with you about photography and answer your questions on the club.

When: Monday, 6 October to Sunday, 19 October. 7:30pm for 8:00pm start until 10pm.

3. OT Artists' Network x BACKSTAGE

Join Orange Tree Theatre to learn more about the magic that happens backstage (credit: Orange Tree Theatre).

About: The Artists’ Network is delighted to present a very special event shining a spotlight on the incredible work that happens backstage.

Through a panel featuring professionals from three key backstage roles, OT will uncover the craft, skill, and dedication of the individuals who make sure every production reaches the highest standard.

When: Thursday, 9 September at 6:30pm.

4. Concert for Mental Health

For World Mental Health Day a band is launching its new album here in Richmond (credit: Image supplied).

About: Progressive folk rock band, Kindred Spirit Band, will be performing their brand new, uplifting, mental health adventure, concept album, "The Journey Within", in its entirity, at this album launch concert.

The songs and artwork on this album were written and composed by band founder and singer / songwriter, Elaine Samuels.

Images from the album artwork will be projected behind the band, enhancing the lighting and atmosphere of the show on the night.

When: Friday, 10 October. Doors open at 7pm and show starts at 7:30pm.

Where: RHACC Theatre, Parkshot Centre Parkshot Road, Richmond TW9 2RE.

5. Richmond Jazz Festival

The best in Jazz is coming to Twickenham for one day this weekend (credit: Image supplied).

About: A one-day celebration of UK Jazz! Bringing the community together for a fun-filled day, featuring both emerging and established artists, as well as grassroots youth jazz.

Line up includes: Emily Saunders, Binker Golding Quintet, Tomorrow's Warriors Ankora, Ethan Osahn Quintet, Rosie Hollins and DJs - Vinyl Nights.

When: Sunday, 12 October, 1pm - 8pm.

Where: The Turk's Head, 28 Winchester Road, TW1 1LF.

6. TURANDOT - Instant Opera

About: Instant Opera is thrilled to announce a revival of its 4.5 star reviewed PUCCINI'S TURANDOT re-staged for indoor 'arena' at Kingston University in their stunning new award winning Town House with its perfect sightlines for grand opera.
