Families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are being invited to a Disney-themed dance workshop in Whitton later this month.

The session is being run by Babyballet Twickenham, Richmond & Kingston in partnership with Ruils Independent Living and is designed to provide a relaxed and inclusive environment where young people with SEND can enjoy dance.

The Shine SEND Disney Dance Workshop will take place at Whitton Community Centre on Wednesday, 26 August from 10am to 10:45am.

Parents and carers are required to stay with participants throughout the session.

Organisers say the workshop aims to give children the chance to explore movement and music in a supportive setting while enjoying Disney-themed activities.
