"The customer had small hairline cracks on a fibreglass roof due to insufficient materials used by a previous roofer," Balraj said.

As a result, the team carried out the necessary repairs to restore the roof's durability.

A third job involved replacing an ageing felt roof that had begun to deteriorate.

"The old felt roof was blistering and needed updating," he added.

"We removed the old felt, laid new boards and applied a three-layer felt system."
