Trains are being cancelled and delayed on the lines into Waterloo due to an incident between Twickenham and Teddington.

Trains are being cancelled and delayed on the lines into Waterloo due to an incident between Twickenham and Teddington.

South Western Railways (SWR) said the police are investigating and the disruption is due to continue to at least 7pm.

The company said: "We've been advised the police are dealing with an incident between Twickenham and Teddington.

"Trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised because of this problem.

"At this time, we estimate that disruption to our services will end at 19:00.

"The line towards London Waterloo is blocked and your journey is likely to take longer."

SWR help have since tweeted: "Following the police dealing with an incident between Twickenham and Teddington, all lines have now reopened."
