Police appeal for information following man hospitalised with life-changing injuries after Hampton Wick station incident

Police have released the image above to help identify a man currently being treated for life-changing injuries in hospital following an incident at Hampton Wick station.

At 10.33am on Tuesday 3 May, British Transport police were called to Hampton Wick station following reports of a casualty on the tracks.

Paramedics also attended the scene as well as London's air ambulance as the man was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries, where he remains.

The incident is not being treated as suspicious, but despite extensive enquires officers have been unable to identify the man and his family.

The man is described as white, in his 40s, with short dark shaven hair and facial hair. He is also said to have a number of large and distinctive tattoos on his chest and arms.
