Your chance to run the café in this stunning park

A new team to run the café in Radnor Gardens is being sought.

Richmond Council appealed for an "experienced café operator" to take on a five-year lease.

The café is currently closed and vacant because the previous owners surrendered the lease last month.

It is a single-storey building dating from the 1930s, with a flat roof.

A modern metal canopy provides a covered area for outdoor customer seating of around four picnic benches.

Inside, there is a small lobby, kitchen and prep space.

It has a toilet which must remain available for all park visitors to use, not just café customers. The toilet is currently being kept open by a council contractor.

If you think you fit the bill, get in touch with the council and hopefully Radnor Gardens will have a new café very soon.
