Know Your Place heritage festival will return to Richmond next month and will run throughout September.

The festival, run by Richmond's Local Studies Library and Archive invites you to delve deeper into the history of Richmond Upon Thames and celebrate the borough.

There is a huge programme of events such as a tour of Twickenham Stadium and Richmond Museum, guided walks along Twickenham Riverside, and talks about local history.

There is also a range of activities for families and children.

The festival was initially created as a way of promoting Richmond's Local Studies Library and Archive but it has now evolved to celebrate all things Richmond.

This year they will be partnering with a wide variety of organisations, some for the first time.

Find out more about the festival and the range of events here.
