Kew man due in court over stolen bicycle

A 31-year-old Kew resident is due in court next month on a charge of handling stolen goods.

Ahmed Chizunza stands accused of arranging to sell a bicycle that was stolen from East Sheen.

He will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 17.

Kew Police said the bike has since been recovered.

@MPSKew tweeted: "Ahmed Chizunza, 31, of Melliss Avenue, #Kew is to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on September 17, charged with Handling Stolen Goods having arranged to sell a bicycle stolen from East Sheen at #Kew Retail Park last week. #BikeRecovered."
