Healthwatch Richmond wants to ask residents about their experiences of booking GP appointments and virtual consultations.

Residents are asked to take a survey to share their views via an online survey.

They are also interested to know about the additional roles now employed by GP Practices, including:

  • Physician associates
  • Physiotherapists
  • Mental health link workers
  • Social prescribers

The survey will help Healthwatch Richmond understand how to deliver optimal care. It should take 5 to 10 minutes and your answers will be anonymous.

If you want to complete the survey click the link here.
