A pub in Richmond is offering to take in your pre-loved items for a charity pop-up event.

Old Ship Richmond on King Street is collecting good-quality clothes, accessories, books and "fun knick-knacks" for its sister pub, The Defector's Weld, ahead of their pop-up charity shop on 5 September.

The pub said every item sold will raise money for The Clink, a charity that supports people in the prison system and young people at risk of entering it to rebuild their lives.

Items to be donated should be dropped off by Sunday, 30 August.

The pub added that residents can "stay for a drink and a bite to eat while you're here".
