The Richmond community has been asked to help in the search for a missing teenager.

Bamir Matmuja, 16, went missing from Milton Keynes eight days ago.

He has links to Richmond, Croydon, Kingston, Merton and Wandsworth, Merton Police said.

Bedfordshire Police tweeted: "Can you help us find #missing teenager Bamir Matmuja?

"The 16-year-old from #MiltonKeynes, is believed to be in the #Bedfordshire area, but has not been seen since Friday 19 June.

"Bamir is around 5", of a slight build with short straight brown hair.

"He was last seen wearing a black FILA hooded jacket with black Calvin Klein tracksuit bottoms and white Nike Air Force trainers.

"Anyone with any information on his whereabouts can contact us on 101 or via https://crowd.in/q2GPdQ quoting reference MPC/1429/20."
