A new evening art course focussed on wellbeing is coming to Richmond this September.

Collective Arts is a non-profit art-for-wellbeing organisation and the evening course begins on Tuesday 21st September 2021, running 7-8:30pm.

The Creative Wellbeing Project is a 12-week virtual course suitable for working professionals, parents and carers.

This course uses positive psychology (the science of human thriving), creative activity and art therapy to enhance wellbeing, lift mood and reframe thinking.

The uplifting course requires no creative or artistic skills and past participants have claimed that this is the best hour and a half of their week.

These engaging and discovery-led projects are designed to reduce anxiety and help participants form positive and meaningful connections with themselves and others.

The project welcomes residents of TW9, TW10, SW13 and SW14. Places have been generously funded by Richmond Parish Lands Charity.

There are self-funded options also available.

12-Week Course dates:

Tuesday 21st September 7:00 – 8:30 pm, 2021 (now accepting self-referrals, limited spaces)

Friday 6th November 10:00- 11:45 am, 2021 (now accepting self-referrals, limited spaces)
