Claire's Richmond set to close despite rescue deal saving 156 stores across the UK.
The fashion accessory brand's site on The Quadrant has posters up on its windows telling customers "everything must go", as the store joins 144 other branches shutting its doors.
As part of the closure the Richmond store is having a 30% off sale on all products.
Claire's collapsed into administration in the UK and Ireland on 13 August, putting 2,150 jobs at risk.
However Modella Capital, which bought the WH Smith High Street stores, agreed to purchase 156 of Claire's UK.
Joe Price, managing director at Modella Capital, said: "We strongly believe this much-loved brand deserves the chance to remain on the High Street in the UK and Ireland."

Administrators Interpath said there were around 1,000 staff across the stores being sold that were not transferring to Modella.
Natasha Harbinson, Interpath's managing director, commented: "We are pleased to confirm a sale of the majority of Claire's UK business and assets which will ensure this popular brand will continue to trade on High Streets up and down the UK."
Will Wright, Interpath's UK chief executive and joint administrator, added: "Our intention is to continue to trade the remaining portfolio of stores for as long as we can, while we explore the options available."
