Get along to Ham Fair tomorrow – Saturday – for all the treats of a traditional village fete.

Held on Ham Common, there will be entertainment, music and dance from both professionals and local schools, as well as stalls, children's rides and lots of food and drink.

There is a Craft Marquee while featured events include Junior Art and Junior Photographer competitions.

There is a dog show with categories ranging from puppies to veterans. While children will be able to take part in a junior Bake Off competition to demonstrate their cake making skills.

The Fair, which is a truly community event is organised by Ham and Petersham Association and Amenities with the support of Ham Scout Group, Richmond Borough Council and a legion of volunteers.

Expect performances from Sudbrook School, St Richard's with St Andrew's, Meadlands, The Russell, and The German School, while others taking to the stage include North Kingston Choir, Mad Stick Dogs, David Stenhouse and Five Day Weekend.
