Christmas cards with images of Richmond Park like this one of three female red deer and a jackdaw are now on sale.

The six beautifully designed cards and a 2021 calendar have been carefully crafted by the Friends of Richmond Park.

All proceeds help fund the conservation charity's work in the park.

2021 calendar

The ever-popular wall hanging calendar features 45 wildlife and landscape photos taken in the park by leading local photographers.

It measures, when open, 29.7cm wide x 42cm high, is printed on FSC certified paper and costs £8.50.

Christmas cards

There are six different cards to choose from and they come in packs of eight for just £4.50.

  • Veteran oak and stag
  • Stag and snow
  • Pen Ponds winter surprise
  • Christmas robin
  • Christmas blue tit
  • Three female red deer and friend

They measure 14x14cm, come completely free of plastic packaging and glitter and are also printed on FSC-certified card.

Where to buy them

The cards and calendar are available on the Friends of Richmond Park website.

You can also buy them from the Richmond Park visitor information centre by Pembroke Lodge, but only during limited opening hours.

About the charity's work

The Friends of Richmond Park works to protect the park's peace and natural beauty and advance the public's knowledge about it.

It funds up to three conservation projects a year; runs the visitor centre, walks and courses; coordinates volunteering; lobbies on issues such as public funding and much more. Read more about its aims here.

The above film, made in 2017, explains how we can all help to protect the park now and for future generations.
