We're partnering with an established and growing organisation within the creative and education sector that is looking to appoint a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition, funnel optimisation, CRM strategy and digital performance across multiple brands and e-commerce platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative business that creates everything in-house, from product development and content creation through to web development. You'll have genuine influence across the customer journey and play a key role in shaping the company's next phase of digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple digital channels.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Analyse and improve the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to increase conversion and revenue.
• Develop and optimise CRM, lifecycle and marketing automation programmes.
• Manage audience segmentation and personalised customer communications.
• Track, analyse and report on marketing performance, attribution and ROI using tools such as GA4, Power BI and CRM reporting.
• Drive funnel optimisation through testing, analysis and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Technology and Commercial teams to deliver growth-focused campaigns and product launches.
• Support the implementation of a new CRM platform and help shape the future marketing technology stack.
• Collaborate with internal web development teams to improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates across multiple websites and e-commerce stores.
• Monitor paid media spend and ensure campaigns deliver against acquisition and commercial targets.
• Use data and insights to demonstrate marketing-generated pipeline, leads and revenue impact.
