CKB Recruitment is working with an established insurance intermediary to recruit a Personal Lines Sales Executive for its growing Tolworth team.

With over 40 years' experience in the insurance market, this business offers the support of an experienced team, funding for professional qualifications and a generous commission scheme. There's also free on-site parking and a free staff gym.

The opportunity

You'll handle inbound enquiries from new and existing customers looking for motor and home insurance, helping them find suitable cover and turning enquiries into sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers to understand their insurance requirements.

• Providing quotations and arranging suitable car, van and home insurance.

• Converting inbound enquiries into sales while delivering a professional, helpful service.

• Liaising with insurers where required.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and completing supporting administration.

What we're looking for

You'll need previous personal lines insurance sales experience, particularly in car and van insurance. Home insurance knowledge would also be useful.

You'll be confident speaking with customers, motivated by sales and committed to providing a high standard of service. A professional approach and the drive to develop your career will be key.

If you're already working towards your CII qualification, that's a bonus-but it isn't essential. The business can help fund your professional studies.

Salary, benefits and working pattern

• £26,500-£28,500 basic salary, depending on experience.

• Commission/bonus potential taking earnings to £40,000.

• An additional £2,300 per year for working alternate Saturdays.

• One week in the office followed by three weeks working from home.

• Support with professional qualifications.

• Free on-site staff gym and parking.

The office is on Hook Rise South, Tolworth, beside the A3. Your first three months will be fully office-based for training, before moving to the hybrid pattern.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 9am-4.30pm.
