We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a 12-month infrastructure scheme based in Twickenham. The project involves tunnelling and reinforced concrete shaft works, and the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing site operations and ensuring delivery to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Agent and Project Manager in managing day-to-day site operations

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and the client to ensure works progress smoothly

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards

• Monitor programme, costs and resources, reporting progress and issues

• Contribute to method statements, risk assessments and project documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Sub Agent role on similar tunnelling or heavy civils projects

• Strong background in reinforced concrete and shaft construction

• SMSTS, CSCS, and ideally a TWC or similar certification

• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
