Senior Contracts Advisor

- Kingston upon Thames Hybrid working

- Outside IR35 Contract Rate Negotiable

- Full-time permanent Immediate Start

A global leader in engineering and construction for the energy and infrastructure sectors is looking for a Senior Contracts Advisor to support high-value offshore and onshore projects focused on sustainability and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support contract negotiations with external parties

• Draft, analyze, and qualify complex contract documents

• Advise internal teams during tendering and project delivery

• Mitigate risks, support commercial goals, and ensure compliance

• Act as a trusted advisor across business functions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Law degree or equivalent qualification

• Strong legal knowledge: LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, Norwegian Law (preferred)

• Expertise in EPC contracts, offshore infrastructure, and subsea projects

• Excellent professional English (written and verbal)
