REClifts is recruiting for a large, independent lift engineering company with a multimillion-pound pipeline of major lift modernisation and new installation projects set to kick off in 2026. This is a high-impact, cradle-to-grave role for a technically strong professional ready to manage full project lifecycles - from site surveys and tendering to design coordination and delivery.

• Basic Salary: 60,000 - 70,000
• Commission: Year 1 - None (focus on existing projects); Year 2+ - structured bonus based on new business conversion
• Car: 6,000 car allowance or company vehicle
• Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, hybrid working

• Conduct site surveys (lift shafts, control panels, ropes, gears, cars)
• Lead tendering and pricing for modernisation and installation projects
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Liaise with internal design, sales, and project delivery teams
• Oversee project execution, ensuring time, budget & quality targets
• Ensure CDM, health & safety, and industry compliance

• Ex-lift installation or modernisation engineer
• Experienced in full lifecycle project delivery
• Strong surveying and technical diagnostic skills
• Comfortable managing clients and coordinating teams
• Full UK driving licence
