SEN Teaching Assistant - New Malden

- Support children with complex special educational needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delay
- Work as part of a collaborative and experienced SEN support team
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, both in the classroom and during structured learning activities
- Encourage and facilitate independence, emotional regulation, and social development
- Follow behaviour support plans and assist with personal care routines when required
- Liaise with therapists, SEN professionals, and families to ensure consistent and holistic support
- Have substantial experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or specialist setting
- Be confident supporting non-verbal or minimally verbal pupils
- Be proactive, patient, and adaptable in a busy and dynamic environment
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Be committed to safeguarding and inclusive education
