- Psychology Graduate will support students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- Work closely with pupils requiring additional academic, social and emotional support
- Psychology Graduate will deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Support students with SEND, SEMH and other additional learning needs
- Assist teachers with classroom delivery and behaviour management strategies
- Psychology Graduate will contribute positively to the wider school community
- Psychology Graduate applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology
- Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable
- A genuine interest in education, psychology or mental health is essential
- Psychology Graduate candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
