Scaffolding is a thriving, in-demand industry, offering great people, rewarding work, and excellent career opportunities.What you'll be doing From day one you'll be part of a busy team, learning from experienced scaffolders: Working on site, helping load and set out scaffolding equipment Learning all the parts names, uses and health and safety rulesOnce you've passed your probation, you'll be enrolled on the CISRS Apprenticeship and work towards your Level 2 Scaffolder qualification through college and on-site trainingAs your skills grow, you'll take on more responsibility until you're ready to qualify as a fully trained scaffolder, usually within 2-3 years.What you need A valid CSCS card Some previous construction experience is great, but not essential.We're looking for people who are: Hardworking and reliable, come rain or shine!
