My name is Amy Dignam. I am a local doula (providing advice, information, emotional support and comfort to a mother before, during and just after childbirth) and hypnobirthing teacher trained using the KGH method, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

I am co-chair for the Maternity Voices Partnership at Chelsea & Westminster and West Middlesex hospitals, I am one of the founding mothers of the Maternal Journal and last but not least I am the mother of three children aged 7, 9 and 13!

I believe all women should be given all possible information about choice and consent during pregnancy and birth as well as being introduced to relaxation techniques centred on releasing fear, building confidence and ultimately helping to achieve a positive birth experience, whatever that might be!

The journey women go through when creating a new life is incredible and so variable in a short period of time. Sometimes all these changes can be intense and challenging.

I am here to help with all of that and more!

Call me or email me for a free consultation and/or hypnobirthing taster.
