Curious about spirituality, healing, or simply looking for a meaningful way to reconnect and recharge?

We are hosting a welcoming two day workshop, Weaving Earth and Spirit, with Itzhak Beery at Mortlake Village Hall. It is a gentle and hands on introduction to shamanic practices, open to complete beginners as well as those with experience. Over the weekend, you will explore guided visualisations, create a shared nature based altar, and learn simple techniques for relaxation, insight, and personal wellbeing.

On the second day, you will also be introduced to energy healing practices and the calming effect of rhythm through drums and rattles. The focus throughout is practical, grounded, and supportive, with tools you can take into everyday life.
