On Sunday 25th January, Scott's Richmond will once again host its annual Burns Night celebration on the riverside, in partnership with The Singleton of Dufftown. This year, the restaurant has curated a bespoke menu in collaboration with The Singleton Whisky, celebrating the spirit, flavours and traditions of the day, including the Address to the Haggis accompanied by bagpipes.
Marking its third annual Burns Night dinner, the restaurant will welcome guests for an intimate evening complete with a welcome cocktail, a specially crafted Burns Night menu, whisky drams, ceremonial toasts and the traditional cutting of the haggis - alongside a few special surprises for guests. The evening begins at 6.30pm, and tickets are priced at £95.00 per person.
The exclusive menu features a 3-course dining experience, which begins with Pastrami-cured Salmon served with pickled cucumber, trout roe, preserved lemon, and labneh, followed by a main course of Fillet of Venison with slow-braised shin, glazed heritage carrot, kale and venison sauce. Dessert concludes the evening with Singleton treacle tart accompanied with crème fraîche. Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail, the Speyside Highball, with The Singleton 12-Year-Old Whisky with lemon, rosemary, cinnamon and Fever-Tree Grape & Apricot Soda.
As one of London's most iconic dining destinations, Scott's Richmond offers the perfect setting to celebrate the life and poetry of Robert Burns with friends and family.
