Sarfraz Manzoor is an author, broadcaster, and screenwriter. His acclaimed memoir, Greetings from Bury Park, describes his childhood in 80s Luton as a working-class British Pakistani whose life was transformed by the music of Bruce Springsteen. It was adapted into the 2019 film Blinded by the Light, cowritten by Manzoor and directed by Gurinder Chadha. His latest book, 'They - What Muslims and NonMuslims Get Wrong About Each Other', was published in 2021.
