London Welsh begin their Regional One Plate campaign this weekend as the pool phase begins against Tunbridge Wells.
Welsh have been placed in a pool alongside Bedford Athletic, Maidenhead, and Tunbridge Wells.
Tunbridge finished in sixth place this season in Regional One South East, with a very mixed season in which they won 12 and lost 10.
Kick-off at Tunbridge Wells RFC is at 3pm on Saturday.
London Scottish will be hoping to avoid losing a 13th straight match this weekend when they face Doncaster Knights.
Scottish have won just once this season and are largely playing for pride at this point in the season, sitting seven points adrift at the bottom of the RFU Championship.
Their opponents in Doncaster are also on a tough run having lost their last three matches as they have fallen to the bottom of the mid-table pack.
Kick-off at Richmond Athletic Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.
Harlequins begin the knock-out rounds of the European Champions Cup away from home against DHL Stormers.
Quins managed to qualify from Pool A after a pair of home wins against Sharks and Racing 92, but they have still not won a home match in any competition since 2nd December.
The Stormers won three of their four matches in Pool B to finish third in that group and they have won every game at the DHL Stadium this season.
Kick-off at the DHL Stadium is at 4pm on Saturday.
Ealing Trailfinders face a stern test on the road against Bedford Blues if they are to maintain the initiative in the RFU Championship title race.
The Trailfinders have a six-point gap over Jersey Reds at the top of the table, albeit with a game more played, and they will need to add to their six-match winning streak to keep the advantage.
Bedford are fourth in the table and are still in a tussle for third in the table and prior to defeat last weekend, they had won three games on the bounce.
Kick-off at Goldington Road is at 3pm on Saturday.
Teddington look to follow up their perfect league season by claiming a cup double when they face Bognor in the Counties Two Championship.
The Antlers confirmed their 22nd consecutive win last weekend to cross the line with a perfect season in the league and they would love to add a cup win to that this weekend.
Bognor finished second in Counties Two Hampshire this season, missing out on the title on points difference and will hope to avenge that disappointment with a cup run.
