London Welsh will be hoping to show last weekend was a blip in their recent resurgence as they travel to face Brighton in Regional 1 South Central.

Welsh had been undefeated in three and won two games straight before being brought back down to earth at home against second-place Camberley 58-28.

They will fancy their chances to get back on the horse this weekend as they take on third bottom Brighton, who have won one in six but tend to be involved in very tight contests.

Kick-off at Waterhall Road is at 2:30pm on Saturday.

Ealing Trailfinders will be looking to remain top of Pool A in the Championship Cup as they are playing away against Nottingham on Sunday.

Ealing's pursuit of a Championship Cup threepeat got off to the best possible start as they ran out a dominant 64-10 winners against Hartpury RFC last weekend.

Nottingham got off to a losing start in the group stages as they fell 32-12 at home against Jersey Reds and need a win to keep their hopes of progression into the knock-out rounds alive.

Kick-off at Lady Bay is at 3pm on Sunday.

Teddington RFC's remarkable unbeaten run has made it through eight games and they will look to keep it for another week as they visit Old Freemens.

The Antlers made it eight wins from eight last Saturday as Old Amplefordians proved a stern test of their metal but one that they passed with flying colours to win 26-21.

The latest challengers are Old Freemens, who sit seventh in Counties 2 Surrey with four wins and four losses, as they have struggled to for consistency so far this season.

Kick-off at City of London Freemen's School is at 2:30pm on Saturday.

Elsewhere in the area, London Irish visit Exeter on Saturday, London Scottish are at home against Doncaster Knights on Friday night, Richmond travel to Ampthill on Saturday, and Twickenham play host to local rivals Kingston on Saturday.
