The sale prices of family homes across Richmond borough are rising faster than the rest of London and England as a whole.

The average figure for terraced houses was up by 14.8per cent in January compared to the same month last year, taking it up by more than £100,00 to £900,096

At the same time, the average sale price of a detached property leapt by 15.4per cent in the past year with the cash figure up by over £220,000 to £1,683,719.
