Most keen swimmers living in Richmond will, at one stage or another, have visited the oasis-like outdoor swimming pools at Old Deer Park's leisure centre, Pools on the Park. But have you made use of the Health Suite?

Whether you have used the Health Suite or not, Richmond Council wants to hear your views on proposals for the facilities going forward.

The Health Suite has had ongoing repairs over the last few years to the sauna, steam room and spa bath. However, more recent works have identified that the facilities have all now reached the end of the natural life and are no longer viable for repair.

Historically, it has been available for use by both members and paying non-members attending the facilities.

There are two options under consideration:

  1. Replace the existing Health Suite with new environmentally-sustainable facilities and to maintain the area as a Health Suite facility.
  2. Replace the Health Suite with a multi-purpose group exercise space.

You can have your say HERE on or before Friday August 27.

Pools on the Park forms part of the Council's Sports and Fitness Centres and includes an indoor pool, teaching pool, outdoor pool, gym, group exercise studios and Health Suite.

The Council would like to hear users and non-users views of the Health Suite and the future options for this area.
