Championship rugby returns to the Athletic Ground this Saturday as Richmond go head to head with Nottingham in Round 2 of the 2021/22 season (kick-off 3pm).

Richmond will be determined to get back to winning ways following a hard-fought 33-18 defeat to Cornish Pirates last Saturday in Penzance. Featuring a number of new recruits, including former London Scottish captain Mark Bright and ex Scarlets and Bath back Will Homer, Richmond delivered a strong performance against the top four favourites, scoring two electric tries and withstanding a barrage of Pirates attack.

Richmond Director of Rugby said post-game: "We showed in patches how dangerous we can be, both in attack and defence. I was pleased with how well we battled in the last quarter and we're confident we can continue improving and deliver a positive response in front of our home fans this Saturday against Nottingham."

Match tickets for this Saturday's fixture are on sale now. Click here to purchase.

Tickets will be available at the gate (card payments only). To book the Richmond pre-match hospitality package, includes delicious three-course lunch and the match ticket for just £40, please email: [email protected] or call: 0208 940 0397.
