The plan to reinvent a Barnes recreation ground has been backed by the Mayor of London and smashed its fundraising target.
Mayor of London Sadiq Khan pledged £13,000 towards the Vine Road project run by Friends of Barnes Common and it reached its target within a few days.
An investigation is underway for an offence of burglary at around midnight on Wednesday April 21, when two unknown males entered a residential property on Mortlake Road in Richmond.
The two occupants of the property were asleep and woke up to find two males already in their home, opening their bedroom door.
