An incentive to stop a build plan on a carpark by North Sheen station in Richmond has gained traction across political parties, organisations and residents.

The borough's main waste and recycling centre has now reopened but is still operating at a reduced capacity following a huge fire that did substantial damage back in June.

Booking is now essential at Townmead Road Re-use and Recycling Centre, and visitors arriving without a booking will be turned away. There is also no pedestrian access to the site.
