It's been an exciting week for UK politics with this morning's national headlines dominated largely by the SNP and Labour's internal shake up. Yesterday saw the Conservative party retain its 21-year hold of the London Assembly South West constituency seat while Sadiq Khan won a second term as London's Mayor.
In SW London, Conservative candidate Nick Rogers will be taking over from Tony Arbour, who had held his seat in the London Assembly South West constituency since 2000.
A whale was freed from Richmond lock early this morning but its condition is still unknown.
The London Fire Brigade said that the whale is now being assessed by marine specialists.
A new athletics class for children is starting in Richmond.
Mini Athletics runs sports classes that introduce children to the basics of athletic movement.

Two famous faces with strong ties to Richmond Borough will be the brand-new patrons of a local arts centre, Nub News can reveal.
In a major coup for The Landmark Arts Centre, writer and producer Jed Mercurio (of Line Of Duty) and actor Amanda Root (The Iron Lady, Persuasion) have both joined as patrons.
Free HIV testing and contraception will be available in Ham on Friday thanks to a London sexual health charity.
The testing is organised by Spectra, and will be held at Richmond Ham tomorrow, Friday May 7, between 3pm and 6pm.
