A video that shows a narrow cycle lane right next to parked cars on a busy road has sparked outrage among Richmond residents.
A video was posted on Twitter by cycling campaign group, The Department of Parks & Recreation, questioning why a cycle lane in Richmond would be painted "where a cyclist should never cycle".
Police in the borough have urged women and girls who are victims of indecent exposure to come forward.
The plea comes after officers received information on a large number of previously unreported cases following an appeal for help in relation to two specific allegations in the summer.

The guardians of Richmond's history and heritage are opposing Council plans for a zebra crossing on the approach to Richmond Bridge as a 'white elephant'.
The Richmond Society has produced a series of objections to the scheme for the bridge, which was opened in 1777, making it the oldest surviving river crossing of the Thames.

A machete attack by a motorbike gang on a professional cyclist in Richmond Park has been condemned as 'insanity' as it emerged it was the second in two days.
Nub News yesterday published the details of the violent assault on Alexander Richardson who suffered bloody injuries by the gang, who stole his valuable racing bike.

Green party councillors in Richmond and Twickenham insist they are making a real difference by winning official support for action on air pollution and climate change.
They point to the fact that all three motions from Green Party councillors were adopted at the Richmond Council meeting earlier this week.
Rail and underground services across the area face serious disruption this weekend.
On Saturday, there will be no District Line services between Richmond and Turnham Green, which will be replaced by bus services.
