A boy from Twickenham will be completing a 12 day fundraising effort today – Wednesday - with a trumpet solo at Kingston Hospital.
Nelson Fraser, aged 8, who lives on Eel Pie Island, has been performing outside hospitals across the festive season to raise money for the children's charity Barnado's.
A flood alert for the Tidal Thames including Richmond riverside has been put in place today.
Areas across Twickenham and Richmond are covered by the alert and residents should be prepared for possible flooding.

Get Lucky Local lottery player Gary Stevenson, from Sunbury on Thames, had an early Xmas gift when he won a £250 cash prize on Richmond Borough's community lottery.
He said: "It's fantastic to be able to support local charities through Get Lucky Local whilst having a chance to win as well.
A missing person alert has been issued by Richmond Police.
Krzysztof, age 49, has been missing from Twickenham since December 30 and has not been seen or heard from since.
