Vandalised car with smashed windows abandoned by the Thames in Richmond

A car has been abandoned by the riverside in Richmond.
The BMW was left on the East Twickenham side of Richmond bridge down by Cambridge Gardens.
If you spot an abandoned vehicle you can report it to the council HERE.
Anyone with more information on the car should contact police on 101.
