A trespass on the line is affecting the railway at Richmond this afternoon.

A statement from SWR on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) said: "Trains may be delayed because of this problem.

"We estimate that disruption to our services will end at 16:00."

All lines have now reopened however, disruption is still expected until 4pm today.
