A restaurant specialising in a traditional Hawaiian dish is 'coming soon' to Richmond.

The Poké Shack, who were rated number one on Deliveroo in 2023, will open a branch on 32 The Quadrant.

The eatery will serve a Hawaiian dish consisting of cubed or sliced raw fish, most commonly ahi tuna or salmon, mixed in a savory marinade and served over a base of rice, grains, or salad.

The brand with over 20 locations, said on its website: "We don't just build bowls; we craft experiences.

"Our mission has always been to prove that healthy can be the most delicious choice you make all day.

"Through a lens of refined flavours and meticulous preparation, we serve premium poke that honers its origins while meeting our rigorous standards for quality.

"No shortcuts, no compromises, just pure, intentional flavour."

32 The Quadrant was previously occupied by asian eatery Kokoro.
