Earlier this week we brought you the most expensive streets in central Richmond.

As we all know, Richmond is a fantastic place to live thanks to its abundance of parks and green spaces, lively high streets and the river that runs through it.

While there are some highly swanky streets, you don't have to splash out a million pounds to get on the property ladder here.

Data gathered from mouseprice.com shows the ten least expensive streets in the TW10 postcode with their average house price.

10) Lewis Road - £392,463

9) Watermill Close - £389,800

8) Beaufort Road - £389,497

7) Parkleys - £387,812

6) Hardwicke Road - £385,342

5) Hill Rise - £384,541

4) Mariner Gardens - £375,187

3) Abbotts Mead - £370,360

2) Cave Road - £325,333

1) Ham Close - £261,779
