Hosting the brunch was TMC Richmond's Ariel Awan and Cassie Moreton-Pike who are both local mums with two young children and, according to Awan, " met at an antenatal course when [they] were pregnant with [their] firsts".

Speaking about the event, Awan and Moreton-Pike said: ""This was our first brunch event hosted in Teddington as new hosts, and we loved every minute of it.

"It was brilliant to meet so many interesting women, and to see how motherhood has such strong uniting powers."

"It was like a huge hug having her at the event," the TMC Richmond hosts said.

"We're so grateful for her advice in helping us navigate parenthood.

"She offers a supportive space to explore, examine, and process all the difficult things, supporting change and movement through empowerment, working towards peace, happiness and fulfilment."

Shadi Stevens, a mum who attended the event told Richmond Nub: "I had such a wonderful time at TMC brunch at Cent Uno.

" The friendly, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to chat with other mums, and I loved that my daughter, Sienna, had the chance to meet and interact with other babies too, not to mention the wonderful babysitters who looked after her and allowed me a few minutes to enjoy a coffee and lovely brunch.
