A 4* Richmond hotel's restaurant is taking orders for a four-course Christmas dinner.

Customers can put their feet up and let the chefs from Richmond Hill Hotel's restaurant 144 On The Hill do the work this year.

What's on the menu?

They can choose from pressed duck and chicken terrine, marinated burrata or smoked salmon and prawn cocktail to start.

This will be followed by slow roasted Norfolk turkey, wild venison wellington or sweet potato, apricot and pecan loaf.

For dessert there's a traditional Christmas pudding, winter fruit crumble or chocolate fondant (with mulled wine winter berries - swoon!).

Afterwards, enjoy petit fours and mince pies. Check out the full menu here.

144 is serving up the lunch with Christmas crackers and festive novelties on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Orders need to be placed by 3pm on Monday, December 21.

The four-course meal costs £49pp and you can place an order by calling 020 8940 2247.

It will be available to pick up on Christmas Eve between 4-8pm and Christmas Day 11am-3pm.

The hotel said: "We'd decked the halls, taste tested the cocktails, and were so looking forward to welcoming some friendly faces on the big day.

"But instead, our talented team will be lovingly prepping some delicious dishes for you to pick up and enjoy from the comfort of your own home, while they enjoy theirs with their loved ones this year!"
