The role has the potential to become permanent and offers 34 days of holiday per year including bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Your new role will be to deliver a superstar service to the organisation's customers through answering customer queries from start to finish through email, phone, webform, and social media within agreed SLAs.
  • You will triage all jobs raised in line with contractual scope to define and allocate the correct service level agreements.
