Executive Assistant - Orange Tree Theatre
The Executive Assistant is a new role created to support with the growth of the OT.
They will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Joint CEOs as well as managing the office administration across the building's busy offices.
The Joint CEOs (Artistic and Executive Directors) of the OT work long hours in a sector that demands evening and weekend working, especially in leading a mid-scale organisation that punches above its weight.
They manage several senior staff directly, interface extensively with stakeholders, and cultivate relationships across the UK theatre sector.
With a major capital project approaching, and the Artistic Director regularly in rehearsals, we are now looking for a hardworking, efficient and empathetic Executive Assistant to free up capacity, streamline processes and maintain great relationships inside and outside the OT.
Additionally, this new role will take responsibility for office administration in our busy offices. We are open to hearing from people interested in long-term careers as EAs, but also from those building theatrical careers who need a full-time role in a busy theatre.

Production & Technical Manager - Orange Tree Theatre
We are currently recruiting Production & Technical Manager to join the recently appointed Production & Technical Director to support our busy producing theatre with technical expertise and production management, deputising for the Director where needed.
We are open to applications from people whose skills lean towards production management over technical, or technical over production management.
We want to shape the team around the right candidate. The Production & Technical Manager will provide and manage the smooth and efficient delivery of technical services to the organisation, including the main shows, Sunday events, fundraisers, community education projects.
At the same time ensuring the organisation maintains excellent health and safety practices.
The Production & Technical Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing technical casuals.

Deputy Executive Director (Fixed term) - Orange Tree Theatre
The Deputy Executive Director is a new two-year fixed term role created to support with the growth of the OT at an exciting time.
Over the last year we have successfully increased our turnover while investing in the work on stage.
We are now recruiting two new roles to support this momentum; Deputy Executive Director and Executive Assistant to the Joint CEOs.
The Deputy Executive Director will work with the Joint CEOs and deputise for the Executive Director & Joint CEO by providing producing, organisational, financial and managerial support and leadership for the OT, while we fundraise and deliver a £4m capital project, planned for 2026.
The role will initially be 2 years fixed term, with a view to extend depending on the timings ot the capital project.
The Deputy Executive Director will suit someone from either a finance & operations or producing background who is looking to develop as an Executive Director.
The Deputy Executive Director will sit on the Senior Leadership Team which meets regularly and contributes towards shaping the company strategy, leading department reviews, setting goals, promoting teamwork, managing risk and solving complex challenges.

An accountancy practice in Isleworth is looking to expand its fast-growing practice with an enthusiastic and experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant.
The role is full-time and pays up to £30,000
Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping;
- Management of incomplete records;
- Preparation of VAT returns and filing with HMRC;
- Preparing interim management accounts, to include a P&L and Balance sheet;
- Resolving technical queries;
