Orange Tree Theatre has announced the full cast for its upcoming revival of T.S. Eliot's Murder in the Cathedral, which will be staged at St John the Divine Church in Richmond this autumn.

The production, directed by Orange Tree Theatre Artistic Director Tom Littler alongside Community Director Francesca Ellis, will star David Suchet as Thomas Becket.

Joining Suchet in the cast are Mensah Bediako as the Third Priest, Ben Caplan as the Second Tempter and Second Knight, Paul Hickey as the Second Priest, Jyuddah Jaymes as the First Tempter and First Knight, Michael Lyle as the First Priest, Nick Sampson as the Third Tempter and Third Knight, Jad Sayegh as the Messenger and David Yelland as the Fourth Tempter and Fourth Knight.

The Chorus in Richmond will be led by Sally Cheng, Sonya Cullingford, Chyna-Rose Frederick and Rebecca Thorn, while the Women of Canterbury will be performed by members of Orange Tree Theatre's community ensemble.

Following its Richmond run, the production will transfer to Theatre Royal Bath.

Murder in the Cathedral opens at St John the Divine Church on 19 October, with preview performances beginning on 12 October.

The production will run until 7 November before moving to Bath from 10 to 21 November.
