The Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond is seeking a new Development Manager to join its busy fundraising team and help drive one of the most exciting periods in the theatre's history.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the theatre's ambitious fundraising goals, helping to raise more than £750,000 each year to sustain its acclaimed artistic and community programmes.

In addition, the position will also contribute to the theatre's £4.5 million capital campaign, a once-in-a-generation project to transform its historic home and secure its future as one of London's leading producing theatres.

The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on delivery, including leading the growth of the Patron scheme, cultivating and stewarding individual donors, developing corporate partnerships, and helping to deliver an engaging calendar of supporter events.

The position offers a salary of £35,000–£38,000, depending on experience, and applications close on 24 October 2025.
