At The Shredquarters Twickenham, fitness isn't just for adults — we're passionate about helping the next generation build confidence, strength and a lifelong love for movement.

That's why we've created a dedicated fitness class schedule just for kids aged 10 to 15, designed to be fun, energising, and empowering.

Each week, our expert personal trainers lead three exciting group sessions, giving kids the opportunity to explore different styles of training in a supportive gym environment that's built around encouragement, not intimidation.

Our classes take place in term time and across the school holidays too.

Monday: Kids HIIT (5:00 PM)

We kick off the week with our high-energy Kids HIIT class, designed to get hearts pumping.

This session blends short bursts of cardio with bodyweight exercises, all delivered in a format that feels more like a fun challenge than a workout.

It's perfect for boosting cardiovascular health, stamina, and general fitness — all while releasing that after-school energy in a positive way.

Wednesday: Kids Boxercise (5:00 PM)

Midweek brings a twist of fun and focus with our popular Kids Boxercise class. Combining the basic principles of boxing with functional fitness drills, this session builds coordination, discipline, agility, and self-confidence.

No contact or sparring — just pads, gloves, and lots of enthusiasm. It's a fantastic way to improve mental focus while getting an incredible full-body workout.

Friday: Kids Strength (4:30 PM)

We close the week with a session focused on strength training. Our Kids Strength class introduces young people to safe and structured resistance training.

Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, our coaches teach proper form and technique — all scaled to their age and ability.

It's about building strength the right way and fostering a positive relationship with physical capability.

What makes our kids programme unique is the environment we've created: welcoming, inclusive, and full of encouragement.
