The pandemic lockdowns have left their mark on businesses and their people in all sorts of ways.
The Richmond Chamber of Commerce experts want to share resilience, mindfulness and wellness guidance to directors, managers and colleagues on how we can help each other and ourselves by:
- building self-awareness and spotting the signs of stress, isolation, overload and imbalance;
- intervening appropriately;
- adopting resilient, on-trend best practice management styles and behaviours;
- learning resilience skills, so new ways to counter stress and isolation for the future.
