With the Government lifting Covid travel restrictions, residents can look forward to a more normal pattern of breaks and foreign holidays this year.

The first holiday exodus can be expected around half-term, which is in mid-February.

There is a total of 45 state Primary schools and 11 state Secondary schools in the borough. Here we publish the term dates for community schools for the rest of the 2021-2022 academic year.

It is important to remember that academy, voluntary aided and foundation schools may have different school term and holiday dates.

At the same time, schools may have different staff training (INSET) days – so you should check with your school when these days will take place during term time.

Half term: February 14 to February 18
